Small business website design in Toronto.

Give customers a clear place to understand your business and start a conversation. Forthory Solutions designs and refreshes websites for small businesses, contractors and local professionals across Toronto and the GTA.

Answer the questions customers ask before they contact you.

Visitors need to understand what you offer, where you work and what happens when they get in touch. A useful website brings those answers together with a clear layout, relevant examples and an easy way to contact your business.

We start with your customers and services, then shape the page structure, copy and visual presentation around them. For an existing site, we identify which content and features should carry forward and where a focused improvement would help.

What we can help with

Practical support, with a defined scope.

01

Service and page structure

Plan the pages your customers need, including service descriptions, company information and contact details. Give each important service enough space to explain the offer and the next step.

02

Responsive design and build

Create layouts that work across phones, tablets and desktops, using your brand assets and readable content. Keep navigation, contact links and important information easy to find.

03

English and Chinese content

Where bilingual content is included, give each language its own page address and appropriate search information. Visitors can move between corresponding language versions.

04

Inquiry and search foundations

Set up the agreed inquiry route and technical search essentials, such as page titles, descriptions and a sitemap. Define any additional integrations and ongoing support in the project scope.

Working together

From the first conversation to useful work.

  1. 01

    Agree on the brief

Review your existing website, services, audience and available materials. Confirm the required pages, functionality, responsibilities and what a successful handover should include.

  2. 02

    Design and build

Develop the page structure and visual direction, then build the agreed pages. Review the wording, brand presentation and customer journey with you.

  3. 03

    Check and hand over

Complete the agreed launch checks, connect the approved domain and explain access and update arrangements. Keep a saved version of the work so future changes can be managed.

Illustrative example

A clearer route from a service question to an inquiry.

A renovation business could have a dedicated kitchen renovation page explaining the work it takes on, its service area, the project steps and what a homeowner should include in an inquiry. The same information can be available on a corresponding Chinese page.

Scope & pricing

Know what the work includes.

Website work is scoped around page count, content preparation, language versions and required features. We confirm the project fee and any separate domain, hosting, third-party service or maintenance costs before work begins.

The initial 30-minute consultation is complimentary. Tell us your goals and current situation so we can identify a practical next step.

Discuss your project scope

Common questions

Before we get started.

Can you update my existing website?

Yes, we can assess an existing site and discuss a focused refresh or a rebuild. The approach depends on your current platform, available access, content and the changes you need.

Can I keep my domain name?

In many projects, the existing domain can remain in use. We review the current setup and plan any connection changes carefully, including the records used for your business email.

Does website design include SEO?

The agreed build can include technical foundations and service-focused content. Search rankings also depend on competition, content quality and other factors, so launching a website does not guarantee a particular position.

Can customers book appointments on the site?

A contact form and a live booking calendar are different features. If you need time-slot selection, confirmations or calendar synchronization, we will define the required integration and costs in the brief.
