CRM consulting for small businesses in Toronto.
Keep track of who needs a reply, which quotes need a follow-up and what your team should do next. Forthory Solutions helps GTA small businesses turn scattered customer information into a practical, repeatable working process.
Give every inquiry a clear next step.
When customer details live in separate messages, inboxes and spreadsheets, it is easy to lose track of a promise or a follow-up. A useful customer system makes the current status, responsible person and next action visible.
We begin with how you sell and serve customers today. Then we help shape a manageable workflow and the supporting tools, whether you are organizing a first shared system or improving a CRM that your team already uses.
What we can help with
Practical support, with a defined scope.
Customer journey and process review
Map the path from first inquiry to quote, decision, delivery and follow-up. Identify where information is repeated, responsibilities are unclear or next steps get missed.
A usable customer record
Define the information your team needs, such as service interest, project stage, assigned owner and next action. Agree on practical rules for collecting and maintaining those records.
Pipeline and follow-up structure
Set out clear stages and follow-up responsibilities. Where supported by the selected tool and agreed scope, configure task reminders, useful views and simple workflow rules.
Setup and team handover
Help organize the agreed system, document the process and explain how the team should use it. Review any data transfer or integration needs separately before implementation.
Working together
From the first conversation to useful work.
- 01
Understand the current process
Review how inquiries arrive, how quotes are prepared and how decisions are recorded. Establish the people, information and everyday tasks the system needs to support.
- 02
Design and configure a starting workflow
Agree on fields, stages, owners and next actions. Start with a small, useful workflow and configure the selected tool around the approved requirements.
- 03
Try it with the team
Walk through example inquiries, explain the working process and refine unclear steps. Agree on who maintains the system and how future changes are handled.
Illustrative example
A quote should lead to a visible next action.
An illustrative contractor workflow might move from new inquiry to site visit, quote sent, customer decision and project handover. At each stage, one person owns the next action and its due date. The stages are adapted to the way your business actually works.
Scope & pricing
Know what the work includes.
The scope depends on your current process, team size, data condition and required integrations. We define the consulting and setup work before starting. Any software subscriptions or third-party charges are identified separately; no particular platform is assumed in advance.
The initial 30-minute consultation is complimentary. Tell us your goals and current situation so we can identify a practical next step.
Discuss your project scopeCommon questions
Before we get started.
Is CRM useful for a very small team?
It can be, if missed follow-ups or scattered information are creating problems. The starting point may be a simple shared process. The system should match the work your team needs to manage.
Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
Not necessarily. We first review the existing setup and what is causing difficulty. Improving the process, fields or responsibilities may be more practical than moving everything to another platform.
Can my existing contacts be brought into the system?
That depends on the source data, selected tool and access available. We review the fields, duplicates and permissions before agreeing on any transfer. Data migration is defined explicitly in the scope.
Can it connect to my website or automate follow-ups?
Potentially, depending on the tools and their supported connections. We assess what should happen, who receives each task and what information is needed before committing to an integration or automation.
